California needs teachers! Agricultural Education builds students into those individuals who mold the future of agriculture. Sharing your knowledge with others, serving as an FFA advisor, supervising occupational experience programs, and working with local farmers, ranchers and the agribusiness community are but a few of the satisfactions gained from the agriculture teaching profession. You are preparing the future!

Agricultural Communication allows for the opportunity to promote agriculture while increasing public awareness. California and other western states need agricultural communications specialists who are poised, well-informed and able to provide the public with accurate details about food safety, water, land and other issues important to the agriculture industry.

Students enrolled in Agricultural Science have the opportunity to experience the "Learn-by-Doing" adventure through exciting activities including:

  • Enterprise Projects
